Resilience Care, the French startup specializing in remote medical monitoring for oncology, gastroenterology and psychiatry, is strengthening its position in Germany by acquiring Recovery Cat, a platform originally developed at Berlin’s Charité hospital. The deal gives the company a strategic entry point into the German psychiatric market.
Recovery Cat is already used in nearly 20 hospitals and medical practices, and it is tied to a contract with Germany’s largest health insurer, giving it both clinical credibility and access to a significant patient base. By bringing the platform under its umbrella, Resilience Care is expanding beyond its existing French footprint and deepening its presence in one of Europe’s most important healthcare markets.
The acquisition underscores the startup’s broader ambition to build a stronger international position in digital health, particularly in psychiatric care, where established clinical partnerships and insurer relationships are critical to scaling.
