10月1日，日本欧姆龙（Omron）原电子元器件业务正式完成独立，并在凯雷集团（Carlyle）收购交易落地后以新名称 Aratas 开始运营。此次拆分的核心目标，是让这家原隶属于欧姆龙的组件业务获得更高的灵活性与敏捷性，以更快响应市场变化和客户需求。

On October 1, Omron’s former electronic components division officially became independent under the name Aratas, following the completion of its acquisition by Carlyle. The move is intended to give the business greater flexibility and agility while preserving the Omron legacy of quality, reliability and supply security.
Aratas is now operating as a standalone company after years as part of the Japanese industrial group. The new structure is meant to support a more focused strategy for the components business, with Carlyle backing the transition. The company says it wants to keep the strengths associated with Omron while gaining the freedom to move faster in a more competitive market.
