The collaboration will combine SiPearl’s Arm-based CPUs with Semidynamics’ RISC-V architecture accelerators, aiming to deliver a high-performance, energy-efficient alternative to non-European solutions. The initiative responds to growing demand for European-controlled AI stacks, blending Arm’s general-purpose compute with RISC-V’s custom instruction capabilities to optimize inference workloads at scale.
