咨询可联系大区经济、就业与回迁事务部官员Elise KHIM(elise.khim@auvergnerhonealpes.fr,电话04 26 73 47 58),或Minalogic业务拓展总监Kate Margetts(kate.margetts@minalogic.com,手机+33 (0)6 37 41 65 65)。

Summary
The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, in partnership with Minalogic and the regional economic agency, is organizing a subsidized communal pavilion at CES 2027 in Eureka Park to showcase local startups. The region covers all pavilion costs and 50% of eligible exhibitor expenses, including space, travel, and accommodation, with applications due by July 6, 2026. This initiative aims to boost the international visibility and business growth of innovative companies from the region through dedicated support and networking events.

The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region is inviting innovative companies to join its dedicated pavilion at CES 2027 in Las Vegas, offering a turnkey exhibition space, comprehensive support, and significant financial subsidies.

Designed as a self-contained interaction hub within Eureka Park, the regional pavilion will carry its own visual identity. Each selected company receives a kiosk equipped with a small built-in console, a locked storage compartment, a screen, and a branded totem. All display materials will follow a template that combines the Region’s graphic charter with company-supplied text, photos, and visuals, ensuring a consistent and highly visible collective presence.

The Region will assign each exhibitor’s location within the pavilion to optimize foot traffic and improve visitor flow both inside and around the space.

Support spans the entire project timeline. Before the show, companies can access export workshops, PR and IP protection sessions, and pre-departure briefings. A press conference at the Regional Council highlights their participation. The Region also provides guidance on booth visual design and distributes a communications kit, alongside administrative help with grant applications. During CES, assistance includes preparation for the Unveiled event and pitch sessions, booth setup, and the facilitation of business meetings. On-site highlights feature a visit by a regional political representative and a dedicated regional evening event. A videographer and photographer will document the entire event, while the social media channels of the Region, Minalogic, and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises amplify visibility. Teams from all three organizations remain present throughout. After the show, the Region manages the grant processing and tracks press coverage for six months.

Financially, the Region covers the full cost of the pavilion—including space rental, construction, setup, and event-related promotional materials. For eligible companies, the Region subsidises 50% of participation costs. The key expenses are: a fully furnished exhibition space within the pavilion at €2,705 excl. tax before subsidy (€1,353 after); travel for one person per company capped at €1,200 excl. tax (€600 after); accommodation at a per diem of €343 excl. tax per day for seven days, totalling €2,401 excl. tax (€1,200 after); and participation in the Innovation Award or Unveiled event at €800 excl. tax (€400 after), with registration deadlines in early September. Companies may not add banners or kakemonos to maintain safety and visual harmony.

Exhibitor selection takes place in late July 2026, and the Region may extend the call. The application deadline is July 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM, submitted via email to economie@auvergnerhonealpes.fr. For further details, contact Elise KHIM at the Region (elise.khim@auvergnerhonealpes.fr, 04 26 73 47 58) or Kate Margetts at Minalogic (kate.margetts@minalogic.com, +33 6 37 41 65 65).
