On 3 July 2026, 10:00–12:00 CEST, The Chips Joint Undertaking is organising an online information session dedicated to two forthcoming funding opportunities aimed at strengthening Europe’s AI compute infrastructure.
As artificial intelligence continues to drive demand for advanced computing capabilities, these calls will support the development and deployment of innovative AI chips and systems across Europe. The session will provide an overview of the policy context, objectives, and scope of the calls, while highlighting opportunities for collaboration throughout the European AI compute ecosystem.
The event is particularly relevant for:
AI chip design companies
System integrators
Cloud service providers
EuroHPC AI Factories and public AI infrastructure operators
Data centre operators
Power, cooling, and connectivity suppliers
Software and system stack providers
Other stakeholders involved in AI compute deployment
Participants will also receive practical guidance on eligibility conditions, participation requirements, and proposal preparation.
