Segula Technologies has completed its financial restructuring with Eurazeo and Eiffel Investment Group, which now hold 99% of the company’s capital and 100% of voting rights. The engineering group is also strengthening its governance as it looks to accelerate growth in France and abroad.
The move comes seven months after approval of its accelerated safeguard plan, marking the end of a major restructuring phase for the company. With its capital structure now stabilized, Segula is aiming to refocus on development and execution, both domestically and internationally.
