Arterya, founded in 2023 by Marie Delorme and cardiologist Dr. Olivier Renaud, is developing a portable, AI-assisted ultrasound device that enables rapid, non-invasive screening for peripheral arterial disease. During her pitch, Delorme highlighted that the device can detect early-stage vascular narrowing in under three minutes, addressing a condition that affects more than 200 million people globally but remains underdiagnosed. “Our solution empowers general practitioners to make a diagnosis without waiting for a vascular specialist, which is especially critical in medically underserved areas,” she said. The jury praised the team’s clinical validation progress at the CHU de Caen and their clear regulatory pathway.

Concerti, a Caen-based startup founded in 2022 by Louis Chevalier and Emma Petit, offers a white-label ticketing and fan engagement platform for independent music venues and festivals. The platform unifies on-site and online sales, member‑only content, and real‑time analytics, helping small‑ and medium‑sized operators compete with large platforms. Chevalier told the audience that the company already works with 40 venues across Normandy and Brittany, and plans to scale to 200 by end‑of‑year after raising a seed round. The jury noted the strong traction and the founders’ deep industry experience, as Petit previously managed a concert hall.

The Fundtruck, a mobile competition that travels across France in a converted delivery truck, visited eight cities for its 2025 edition. Regional finals included a pre‑selection phase, with 12 startups per city pitching in six minutes, followed by a closed‑door deliberation. Normandy’s jury comprised local investors, business angels, and representatives from Bpifrance.

Both Arterya and Concerti will now enter a three‑month acceleration sprint organized by Fundtruck, covering pitch refinement, go‑to‑market strategy, and introductions to a network of over 100 venture capitalists before the grand final on June 20 in Paris. The national winner will also receive a stand at Viva Technology 2026.
