ITT completed in July the acquisition of private company Aerospace Contacts for $31 million, strengthening its supply chain in precision connectors for aerospace and defense. Aerospace Contacts is described as a recognized manufacturer of critical, high-reliability precision contacts, a capability that fits directly into ITT’s broader position in advanced interconnect technologies.
The deal, first agreed earlier and now closed, is intended to reinforce ITT’s sourcing and manufacturing base in a segment where reliability and precision are essential. By bringing Aerospace Contacts into its portfolio, ITT gains additional control over a key component category used in demanding aerospace and defense applications, where supply-chain resilience and product quality are strategic priorities.
