Summary
Systematic Paris-Region will launch in September 2026 a new “Objectif Scale-up Deep Tech” club, offering three monthly half-day workshops in central Paris for Deep Tech executives and founders who have already raised at least €2M and plan to raise more than €5M within 12 months. The sessions will cover key scaling topics—Deep Tech valuation, team and management growth, governance and founder pacts, brand and communications, industry consolidation, and technology standardization—facilitated by independent experts and Systematic’s investor network (including Bpifrance, Crédit Mutuel Innovation, Euronext, Orange Venture, Safran Venture, HSBC, and others). With limited capacity (20 participants) and partners such as AFNOR and Corbet & Associés, the initiative aims to improve fundraising readiness and accelerate commercialization/normalization of breakthrough technologies.

Systematic Paris-Region is launching a new “Objectif Scale-up Deep Tech” club in September 2026 to help Deep Tech founders navigate one of the most critical and least improvisable stages of company growth: scaling up. Positioned as a trusted intermediary across the Deep Tech ecosystem — from academia to start-ups, SMEs and large corporates — the cluster says it supports members at every stage of development, with a particular focus here on fast-growing companies preparing for their next financing step.

The club is aimed at Deep Tech company leaders and C-level executives from Systematic member firms that have already raised at least €2 million in equity and are considering a funding round of more than €5 million within the next 12 months. The format will be a three-session workshop cycle, held one morning per month in central Paris, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and designed specifically for entrepreneurs.

The goal is to create structured dialogue between independent experts, members of Systematic’s investor college, and Deep Tech founders around the key challenges of hypergrowth. Each workshop will cover two major topics, with the program focusing on six recurring issues: valuation methods adapted to Deep Tech, management changes needed when teams double in size, governance evolution, building a new brand image, driving consolidation in an innovative sector, and helping breakthrough technologies move toward standardization.

The schedule is set for 6 October, 3 November and 8 December. The first session will address valuation notes in practice and how to structure teams for rapid expansion. The second will focus on corporate governance and founder agreements, as well as communication, reputation and business development. The final workshop will cover sector consolidation and target identification, plus lobbying and certification as tools to facilitate standardization.

Attendance will be capped at 20 participants to encourage discussion and networking. Sessions can be taken individually or as a full series, with priority given to Systematic “champions” and alumni of the hi-France program who meet the eligibility criteria. Each workshop will be led with support from Systematic partners Afnor, Corbet et Associés, Curiosity and Bignon et Lebray.

Systematic’s investor college includes Bpifrance, Crédit Mutuel Innovation, Euronext, Défense Angels, Fonds Innovation Défense, Banque Populaire Val de France, Orange Venture, Soverency, PSBA, Safran Venture, Quantum Launchpad, Karista and HSBC. The group brings together Deep Tech specialists, some with a regional focus and others dedicated to DUAL technology financing, to share best practices and experience between investors, entrepreneurs and associated members such as incubators, startup studios and banking partners.
