Bouygues Telecom进一步强化了其信息系统部门（DSI）在公司治理中的地位。自2025年12月起担任运营商信息系统负责人、工程师出身的 Georgina Lopez，将于9月3日加入集团管理委员会（Comité de Direction Générale）。
她的新任务是继续推进信息系统转型，核心目标是同时提升运营效率与敏捷性。Bouygues Telecom表示，将依托新的架构、方法和工具，加快释放人工智能带来的能力，并借助内部团队的专业经验，推动SI在“卓越运营、性能与灵活性”之间取得平衡。

Georgina Lopez 对公司环境非常熟悉。她于1999年加入 Bouygues Telecom，先后在技术、信息系统、网络和企业业务等多个方向担任管理职务。2022年，她出任产品与服务部门负责人，主要负责面向大众客户的连接解决方案和电视业务。
Bouygues Telecom is strengthening the role of its IT department in corporate governance by bringing Georgina Lopez, head of the operator’s information systems since December 2025, onto the Comité de Direction Générale as of 3 September.
Her remit will be to continue transforming the company’s IT system with a dual focus on operational performance and agility. Bouygues Telecom says it wants to rely on new architectures, methods and tools, while also accelerating the use of artificial intelligence capabilities. The move comes as the operator steps up the overhaul of its information system, particularly around AI, aiming to combine operational excellence, performance and agility through the expertise of its teams and the adoption of new technical approaches.
Lopez is a long-time Bouygues Telecom executive and knows the company’s environment well. An engineer by training, she joined Bouygues Telecom in 1999 and has held several management roles across the technical IT, network and enterprise divisions. In 2022, she was appointed head of the Products and Services division, which is responsible in particular for connectivity and TV solutions for consumer customers.

Sa mission sera de poursuivre la transformation du SI, avec un double objectif de performance opérationnelle et d’agilité. Bouygues Telecom entend notamment s’appuyer sur de nouvelles architectures, méthodes et outils, tout en accélérant l’exploitation des possibilités offertes par l’intelligence artificielle.
Cette entrée au Comité de Direction Générale intervient alors que Bouygues Telecom accélère la transformation de son système d’information, notamment autour de l’IA. L’opérateur entend conjuguer excellence opérationnelle, performance et agilité, en s’appuyant notamment sur les expertises de ses équipes et sur de nouvelles architectures, méthodes et outils.
Georgina Lopez connaît bien l’environnement de l’opérateur. Ingénieure de formation, elle a rejoint Bouygues Telecom en 1999 et y a occupé plusieurs fonctions managériales dans les directions techniques SI, Réseau et Entreprise. En 2022, elle avait pris la responsabilité de la Direction Produits et Services, chargée notamment des solutions de connectivité et de télévision pour les clients grand public.
